Salon FAQ

All services have a satisfaction guarantee for 10 days. If you are not 100% happy, any services will be adjusted free of charge within 10 days of the initial appointment. After this time frame, color can no longer be guaranteed as it can be affected by at home care.

On the booking link there is a description of each service to help you book online! If you are still unsure of what to book, consultations are always complimentary!

Even though you don’t need to wear anything specific, I recommend staying away from shirts with a hood, white, or expensive clothing. I use proper draping techniques to prevent color transfer onto clothing, but it is a salon and mistakes can happen.

At this time, I am unable to accommodate walk-in appointments. If you are interested in a same day appointment, please reach out to me directly and I will do my best to take you at the date/time you desire.

If you are in need of some quiet time to relax, no problem! SRO Co. Salon offers silent appointments. During the initial consultation, please express you want a silent appointment. From there, you can sit back and relax in silence.

If you are interested in getting a gift card for a friend or family member, they are available to purchase in my online store! If you click ‘book now’ you will see a page titled gift cards. You can purchase from there and receive a digital card to your email!

I accept cash, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and tap to pay. I also offer a pay later if you don’t want to pay in full.

SRO Co. Salon does not offer refunds. I will always adjust your hair within 10 days if you are not 100% satisfied. 

All products and hair purchases are final sale. 

Please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of  your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 25% of scheduled services. If you no-call/no-show, you will be charged 50% of scheduled services. If you no-call/no-show more than once, you will be charged 100% of scheduled services and will not be able to book again.

Showing up 15 min late may result in a shortened service, or requesting to reschedule. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled, you will be required to pay the late cancellation fee in order to rebook.

Unless otherwise discussed, please do not bring your children to your appointment. There are sharp objects and chemicals: the salon is not a safe place for children. Unless you have a service animal, please do not bring any pets to your appointment. This is not a safe place for animals, unless they are trained service animals.

Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. If you are unable to tip, you are still deserving to feel beautiful! Referrals, social media posts, and 5-star reviews are a great way to show your stylist appreciation!
